    The science tournament, branded as SOF
    NSO (National Science Olympiad) - is a rigorous academic and scholastic aptitude competition. The event encompasses various science disciplines, namely, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.
    The SOF NCO (National Cyber Olympiad) - is an International talent search contest that identifies cyber-savvy talents amongst the younger generation.
    The SOF IMO (International Mathematics Olympiad) - is a mean to identify and encourage the mathematical creativity of children.
    The SOF IEO (International English Olympiad) - is an international search for young linguistics, youngsters who have become maestros in the English language.
    The SOF ICO (International Commerce Olympiad) - conducted in partnership with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, facilitates young students determine their interests in Commerce as a profession and plan their careers accordingly.
    The SOF IGKO (International General Knowledge Olympiad) - endeavors to develop interest in general knowledge and current affairs to ultimately excel academically.
    The SOF ISSO (International Social Studies Olympiad) - aims at building student interest in humanities and open several new vistas for professional growth.

    Registration of Students: The SOF NCO is open to the students of classes one to ten. Prospectus containing the Registration forms are sent to all schools registered with SOF.
    The SOF National Cyber Olympiad paper :
    The test is organized in the respective schools of the participants during school hours.
    (i) The paper is an objective-type test of 60 minutes duration comprising 35 objective-type (Multiple Choice) questions for classes 1 to 4 and 50 objective-type (Multiple Choice) questions for classes 5 to class 10.
    (ii) The question paper consists of three sections:
    • Section-1: Logical Reasoning
    • Section-2: Computers and Information Technology
    • Section-3: Achievers Section
    (iii) There are separate question papers for each date of exam.
    (iv) The medium of the test is English.
    (v) CBSE, ICSE/ISC and State Board syllabi are followed for setting the test papers.
    (vi) The exam is conducted during school hours.

    (i) The level 1 competition is a test of 60 minutes duration comprising 35 objective-type (Multiple Choice) questions for class 1 to class 4 and 50 objective-type (Multiple Choice) questions for class 5 to class 12.
    (ii) The question paper consists of four sections:

    • Section-3: Everyday Mathematics
    • Section-4: Achievers Section
    (iii) There are separate question papers for each date of exam.

    • At School Level: Class topper where at least 10 students from a class appear in the exam & scores at least 50% qualifying marks.

    Level 2: The level 2 is conducted for students of class 3 to class 12. The qualifiers to second round would include the following:
    Top 5% of candidates, class wise, who appear in the 1st level exam. In case of a tie of marks, due weightage to marks scored in different sections will be given. Each section is accorded separate weightage.
    Top 25 rank holders class wise & Zone wise.
    Class topper where at least 10 students from a class appear in the exam & scores 50% qualifying marks. In case registration is received section wise, top rank holder, irrespective of section will qualify for the 2nd level. For section wise registrations, winner(s) of gold medal may not necessarily qualify for the second level.

    The SOF ICO is conducted in partnership with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India, a statutory body under an Act of Parliament, under the administrative control of The Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
    Registration of Students: The SOF ICO is open to the students of classes 11 & 12. Students should register through their respective schools. A minimum of 5 students need to be registered from each school for SOF ICO.
    The SOF International Commerce Olympiad is a single level exam.
    The test is organized in the respective schools of the participants during school hours.
    (i) The level 1 competition is a test of 60 minutes duration comprising 50 objective-type (Multiple Choice) questions for classes 11 & 12.
    (ii) The question paper consists of four sections:
    • Section-1: Economics
    • Section-2: Business Studies
    • Section-3: Accountancy
    • Section-4: Achievers Section
    (iii) SOF ICO is conducted on two dates for Level 1. Each school may select a date for conducting the SOF ICO as per its convenience. There are separate question papers for each date of exam. Change of date for conducting the SOF ICO is not permitted.
    (iv) The medium of the test is English.
    (v) CBSE, ICSE/ISC and State Board syllabi are followed for setting the test papers.
    (vi) The exam is conducted during school hours.
